Please let this statement serve to represent that any Country that imposes such a Tax will immediately be met with a 100% TARIFF on any and all Goods sent to the United States of America.<\/p>\n<p class=\"dcr-1s160rg\">\u201cThis TARIFF will supersede Trade Deals made with the Country, whether implemented, signed, or not,\u201d he added. \u201cAdditionally, the 100% TARIFF will be immediately imposed, if they proceed.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"dcr-1s160rg\">Last month, the US trade court <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theguardian.com\/us-news\/2026\/may\/07\/trump-global-tariffs-trade-court-ruling\" data-link-name=\"in body link\">ruled against<\/a> Trump\u2019s latest attempt at a 10% global tariff, finding across-the-board tariffs were not justified under a 1970s trade law.
